Is my item in stock?

Yes, all the items you can buy on our website are in stock. 

How soon will you ship my item?

Orders placed before 8am Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day.

How can I track my order?

After your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the shipping handler. Follow the instructions on their website and you will be able to track your item.

How do I return and item?

You will need to contact us by email if you intend to return an item for any reason. Please see our terms and conditions for full information on retuning an item.

Are the lights easy to install?

Our products contain low voltage LEDs and do not require a professional to install them. The instructions provided are comprehensive but should you be unsure of any aspect please consult a suitably qualified professional.

Are the lights safe to walk over?

Our lights are designed to be installed on a hard flat surface. If they have been installed in accordance with the instructions guidlines, they are perfectly safe for walking on.

Can a dimmer be used?

No, all our lights are not dimmable unless otherwise stated.

Do the lights come with a warranty?

Our products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of shipment. The item must be used as intended for residential and not commercial use.

How many lights can be linked together?

Our lights come in a kit of 10 but can run a minimum of 5 lights and a maximum of 20 from the transformer supplied. Although the junction box supplied only has 10 ports.

What is the shipping cost?

Delivery is free for orders over $40. For orders under this amount, please add the item to your shopping cart and enter the ship-to post code for delivery cost.

Where can the lights be used?

The lights can be used anywhere on a hard, flat surface - inside or out.
